Early Ford V8 Grand Nationals - July 2008

We trailer the 37 and 49 to Ford World Headqarters for the once every five years love-in of Ford V8s produced between 1932 to 1953.

Our trip stops in Niagara Falls, NY for an over-night and then drives through Ontario, Cananda on day 2 to Dearborn, MI.

We meet Henry Ford III, visit Greenfield Village, and the Henry Ford Museum.

The 37 earns another Emeritus.

The 49 completes it's third Dearborn award and is now also in the Emeritus class. Time to finish the 40 Sedan.

Blue Water Bridge over lake Huron that connects Sarnia Ontario to Port Huron Michigan. This bridge is the border between Canada and the US. We are up about 60 stories high.

 

 

Taking a ride in Model T through Greenfield Village.

 

The Wright Brothers orignal bicycle shop relocated by Henry Ford to Greenfield Village. Basically this is where the Wright Flyer was designed and fabricated here before being flown at Kitty Hawk NC.
